What if because of my upbringing, I have spent my life trying to be the best child, student, employee, friend, spouse and parent to everyone in my life? What if because I felt that if I did not please you I would die, I know nothing about how to make myself happy? What if it is OK to have chaos around me and be happy doing what I enjoy?
