What if I was sitting here sad, miserable and worried and imagined an enormous, cosmic, sparkling, red funnel coming down to my heart and watched it filling me with love, joy and peace? What if my heart overflowed and this energy filled my veins and capillaries until I found myself in a white bubble of joy and happiness?
