What if he tripped and fell in a hole?

What if Karma is coming at a accelerated speed?  What if a person can kick a dog and a few hours later, fall in a hole and injure their leg?  What if we are getting what we give immediately?  What if I do a neighbor a favor and the mail brings me an unexpected refund?
