What if I come in early?

What if enthusiasm, humility and integrity (in many jobs) can trump skill and looks and education in getting the new position (where a person with a good brain, much compassion and using their intuition is doing the hiring)?

What if you started at the bottom of the ladder but your attitude got you to the top?
